Red Studded Plaid Shirt

She Said:
Plaid has been around for a long time, I remember seeing Cher wear it with her 90’s skirt and knee high socks, very fashionable then and guess what that trend is back. It can be worn very woods-like like the guys from Duck Dynasty or classic as a plaid suit. I found this plaid studded top from Marshalls, my go to shopping spot for all things trending. I love the metal studs and it looks very Ralph Lauren going horseback riding. I added this tassel Stella and Dot necklace in mixed metals. I paired this plaid favorite with my distressed skinny True Religion Brand Jeans. They fit well into my Melissa Frye Boots which I think are a match made in heaven for a beautiful plaid shirt. I changed up my iphone case for this all American one from Charlotte Russe, love that the studs match my collar. So feeling very trendy I picked an oversized Phillip Lim for Target tote which holds everything I could possibly need! This is a great look for the holidays, where it is snowing or brisk, just add a jacket and you are set. Do you like plaid for fall?

He Said:
Today's outfit is a nice mix of casual and classy in plaid. I love how the flannel is paired with the necklace; it's what gives me that feeling of casual classy. She looks very approachable today and a down to earth nice girl. The best part of her outfit once again must go to her footwear. You almost can never go wrong with boots and I am starting to believe that more and more myself because I can't remember the last time I didn't like a pair of boots on her. She looks fashionable today without looking like she is trying too hard and that's always sexy.

Paisley Maxi Dress

She Said:
Wishing everyone a wonderful Monday! It was a little chilly this weekend but a pretty day today.  I decided to bring out some floral colors. This paisley sheer maxi dress gifted from Charlotte Russe, has blues and purples which are great for fall and it can totally be worn with a leather jacket but I feel a light sweater fit. I love how it elongates and ties just right. Bringing out the purple from the dress, I picked my feather boho earrings from Forever 21. This cotton sweater in mustard yellow, is complimentary to any blue tone, it is a little springy but muted enough for the foliage around. I am also wearing one of my favorite watches by Iken Watches, in pink. A large tote was a must; I knew my Phillip Lim for Target bag would be the best option, plus it holds everything! These Aldo heels from Piperlime, are one of my favorite cognac shoes I own, they have 2 buckles and in a soft leather material. So bring out some dresses that can work for the weather right now, add jackets or even boots. Do you have a maxi dress you can wear year round?

He Said:
I am not usually a big fan of paisley anything and I am not a fan of today’s outfit but I will admit it does look nice on her. The reason this dress gets the “not too bad” rating is because of its cut, and style, but I could do without the paisley fabric. I love the hot pink accessories but my only wish is that she had something else hot pink, like her bag or shoes to really tie it all together. Speaking of her shoes, they do not fit in with this outfit very well. Today, she looks a little mix matched and that is mostly due to the strange pattern we know as paisley.
