Du nouveau dans ma routine cheveux : Christophe Robin & Aesop

Récemment arrivée à court de shampoing crème moelle de bambou de Leonor Greyl (que mes cheveux aiment tant), je m'en suis tenue quelques jours au strict nécessaire, mais le shampoing Weleda à l'avoine par exemple (qui est un très bon produit) n'allait pas venir à bout de mes cheveux tenaces à lui tout seul.

Je les sentais devenir de plus en plus secs et j'ai donc décidé d'investir dans de nouvelles choses... 

Je me suis tournée vers Christophe Robin dont je voulais essayer la crème lavante au citron depuis des lustres. Après plusieurs utilisations je pense être en mesure de vous en parler plus amplement... 

Texture du produit : Il s'agit vraiment d'une crème, pas forcément facile à prélever dans le pot à une main, pourtant une fois sur les cheveux elle se distribue très facilement, s'il est vrai que j'en mets sûrement plus que nécessaire en terme de quantité (pour être sûre de ne manquer aucune parcelle de mon crâne) je pense que ce pot va me tenir un petit bout de temps tout de même. 

Application : Alors pour aimer la crème lavante au citron, il faut savoir l'utiliser. J'avais été prévenue. Et mon amie Charlotte m'avait recommandé cette vidéo que je vous conseille à mon tour. 

Mais pour faire bref il faut masser doucement et patiemment le cuir cuir chevelu avec le produit, puis émulsionner avec un filet d'eau et reprendre le massage et ainsi de suite. L'opération est à renouveler 3 à 4 fois pour un vrai résultat, mais n'hésitez pas à le refaire d'avantage si vous avez l'impression d'être allée trop vite. 

Je m'attendais franchement à ce que le produit ne mousse pas du tout, mais je dois être habituée à présent au "sans silicone" car à ma grande surprise j'ai trouvé que ça formait une mousse très fine ma foi très agréable à masser (pas le genre de produit avec lequel vous allez avoir l'impression de toucher vos cheveux à secs et de ne masser rien du tout si vous voyez ce que je veux dire!).

Attention toutefois, le produit pique les yeux ! Normal me direz-vous, mais avec ces temps de pause plus importants que d'ordinaire j'ai réussi à m'en mettre jusque dans les yeux (plusieurs fois même) et ça n'est pas franchement recommandé (la maladroite vous dit chut!). 

Le résultat : J'ai vraiment été bluffée par ce produit. Les cheveux sont souples, hydratés, lavés et absolument pas alourdis. Et je précise que je n'utilise aucun après shampoing ensuite. Il se suffit à lui même s'il on respecte ses consignes d'utilisation. 

Une fois mes cheveux essorés et démêlés, j'applique quelques gouttes de la nouvelle huile nourrissante Brille d'Aesop sur mes longueurs. Elle sent très fort les huiles essentielles mais est vraiment géniale car mes cheveux la boivent instantanément, elle ne laisse pas de fini gras, apporte une légère brillance sans alourdir, c'est le bon compromis pour apporter une touche finale avant de laisser vos cheveux sécher.  

Pour moi c'est un parfait petit duo ! Je répète ces opérations 2 fois par semaine au moins (en raison du temps d'application de la crème lavante, ce n'est pas envisageable tous les jours) et après plusieurs utilisations je constate des changements importants et lorsque je repasse à d'autres produits, je trouve que mes cheveux perdent en légèreté et en brillance.

my every day waves

A lot of you asked me, if I could share with you my secret on how to do those natural looking and long-lasting waves. 

First of all I was never a person who spends a lot of money for electronic hairstyling products like a hairdryer, curling wand or even a straightener. The maximum I spend was 20-30 € but I realized that I was totally wrong to invest in low-quality things, which are damaging my hair and letting my hair looking horribly fuzzy. 

Months ago I got this set of styling products and a straightener from the British company GHD. I think you've already heard of them. My violet straightener is from the limited Candy Collection, which is available in stores in a few other different colours. Yes, they're pricey (175 € - Phew!) but after testing it a few month I can tell you that it's worth every penny! After using this my hair looks like, if it's freshly styled by the hairdresser, and because the flat iron is quite round the curls are easy to make, they're long-lasting and they're super soft and shiny.  

Viele haben mich bereits des öfteren mal gefragt, ob ich mal mein "Geheimnis" für schöne, natürliche und langanhaltende Wellen mit Euch teilen könnte.

Zu erst einmal muss ich sagen, dass ich niemals so eine Person war, die viel Geld für elektronische Haarstyling-Produkte ausgegeben habe. Das Maximum war 20- 30 € und das war's. Mit der Zeit hab ich aber immer wieder bemerken müssen, dass ich mit dem Ergebnissen fast ausschließlich nur unzufrieden war (meine Haare gingen schneller kaputt, das Ergebnis sah eher kraus aus und wenn es mal so klappte wie ich es wollte hielt es nicht lange an) und es wohl nichts bringt sein Geld immer wieder rauszuschmeißen anstatt zu sparen und dann richtig zu investieren.

Vor ein paar Monaten hab ich dann ein Paket vom britischen Unternehmen GHD bekommen, darunter war ein lilanes Glätteisen aus der limitierten Candy Collection, die es in noch anderen verschiedenen Farben gibt und dazu gab's dann noch diverse Stylingprodukte. Ja, der Glätteisen ist teuer (175 € - Uff, was für eine Hausnummer!), aber nachdem ich es schon so lange getestet habe kann ich Euch sagen, dass es jeden Cent wert ist! Nachdem ich es benutze sieht mein Haar immer aus wie frisch vom Friseur, und weil das Glätteisen abgerundet ist, ist es einfacher damit Locken (oder gar mehr Volumen) zu machen, die langanhaltend, glänzend und weich sind. Ich möchte definitiv dieses Glätteisen nicht mehr missen!

Products I'm currently using:  GHD - Heat Protect Spray, Curl Hold Spray, Final Fix Hairspray, Final Shine Spray, a teasing comb and my Tangle Teezer. I recommend to the quite expensive GHD Hairspray the Got2Be Happy Hour hairspray. To the oh so famous Tangle Teezer: Yes, it's worth the hype. I'm very sensitive when it comes to combing my hair. Especially, if you're having very long hair like it always hurts. Now I luckily solved the problem and I can remove my tangles without pain!

Produkte die ich momentan immer benutze: GHD - Hitzeschutzspray, Curl Hold Spray, Final Fix Spray, Final Shine Spray, einen Toupierkamm und meinen Tangle Teezer. Ich kann übrigens als günstigere Alternative zum GHD Haarspray, das von Got2Be Happy Hour nur weiterempfehlen. Hält den ganzen Tag und macht ein schönes Ergebnis! Aber generell sind die Ghd-Produkte unschlagbar gut und zaubern ein noch professionelleres Endergebnis. 

Und zum Tangle Teezer, weil ich über Instagram gefragt wurde: Ja, es ist den Hype wert. Ich bin sehr sensibel wenn es zum Kämmen meiner recht langen Haare kommt. Besonders dann tut's doch oft noch mehr weh, aber zum Glück hab ich nun eine Lösung für das Problem gefunden. Ich kann die Knoten problemlos und schmerzfrei entfernen. :)

Now to my every day waves:

Step 1: Use your heat-protection spray and let it dry, so you're avoiding any burnings or further damaging of your hair. Add also some curl hold spray to make your curls even more long-lasting. 

Step 1: Benutze ein Hitzeschutzspray und lass es trocknen. So verhindert man unnötige Verbrennungen oder Schäden am Haar. Ihr könnt auch danach ein wenig Curl Hold Spray verwenden, damit die Wellen noch länger halten. 

Step 2: Take a section of your hair (I start at the front and in the middle of my hair) wrap your hair around the flat iron, curl your hair outwards and slowly pull it diagonally down (like on the picture). Comb through each section so it's a lot easier to curl your hair with the flat iron.

Step 2: Nehmt nun eine Strähne (ich fange vorn am Pony an und das meist mittig), setzt das Glätteisen an, dreht es um 180 ° Grad und zieht es langsam diagonal bis in die Spitze. Als kleiner Tipp: Kämmt noch mal jede Strähne bevor Ihr sie lockt noch mal kurz durch, so ist es leichter mit dem Glätteisen durchzugehen.

Step 4: Use your teasing comb and tease your upper hair a little bit for extra volume.

Step 5: If everything is curled, use hair spray to fix the curls. Scrunch a little bit, let it dry and gently brush it out so they look like soft beach waves.

Step 4: Benutzt einen Toupierkamm und toupiert Euer Deckhaar für Extravolumen etwas an.

Step 5: Wenn alles gelockt ist, benutze etwas Haarspray um die Locken zu fixieren. Knetet Euer Haar etwas an den Spitzen durch, lasst das Haarspray komplett trocknen und dann kämmt Ihr noch einmal vorsichtig durch's Haar damit leichte Wellen entstehen.

Step 6: Use some shine spray over your styled hair to get an instant all over shine and to smooth any flyaways or static hair. Now you're done! :)

Step 6: Sprayt Euer Haar mit etwas Shine Spray ein, so glänzt es etwas mehr wenn Sonnenlicht drauf scheint und störende Härchen oder aufgeladenes Haar werden damit zusätzlich geglättet. Fertig! :)
